Our ‘Ava’ pendant, features a stunning faceted blue topaz, set in a teardrop of open-work, undulating sterling silver, which is entwined with 14KT gold fill detailing. The pendant has a 27mm drop and is 16mm wide. The pendant comes complete on an 18″ (46 cm) sterling silver chain .
