Terms and Conditions


We’ve tried to make it as enjoyable and easy to buy beautiful 925 sterling silver jewellery and gifts from Jangles.  We hope you enjoy browsing our online store and when you find the perfect piece of jewellery for yourself or as a gift, simply click on ‘Add to basket’. You can then either continue shopping, or click on ‘Checkout’ to complete the simple purchase process.  If you prefer you can always visit us out our retail premises in the beautiful harbour village of Charlestown.

We accept all major credit cards with payment being made via a Secure (SSL) interface.             


We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of receipt or earlier.

During peak order periods some items may be out of stock, but we will contact you if your delivery is going to be delayed.

UK – Standard postage – £3.50 on orders under £50 value.

UK – FREEPOST – on orders over £50 value. This does not include Special Delivery.

UK – Special Delivery – £7.00  Please note that your order must be placed before 2pm, Mon – Thurs and before midday on Friday to guarantee a Monday delivery, stock permitting (There is no special delivery service on a Saturday). Also recommended for orders over £80.

We do not currently post overseas.


If you are in any way unhappy with any items you have purchased from us, you can return them to us for a refund within 28 days of their arrival. The original postage charge will not be refunded.


– The returned Item(s) must be unused and undamaged
– All items should be returned in a re-saleable condition, including the original box or bag with the security tag(s) still in place.
– The returns note must be completed and returned with the items, along with proof of purchase

We regret that we are unable to offer a refund to items that are not returned in these conditions and within the time frame stated above and they will be returned to you. 

Unless the jewellery is damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, Jangles is unable to accept returns for exchange or refund of the following items:

– Pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons
– Personalised engraved jewellery
– Gift Vouchers 

If you decide to return a non-faulty item to us, you will be responsible for safe return of the item and costs involved, so we would advise that a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods is used. Free returns postage is not offered.  Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the item back to Jangles Returns Department. The amount of the original postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the unfortunate event that an item should reach you either broken or faulty, please return the item to the address given below, along with the appropriate section of our Returns Slip. In the instance of a faulty item, after inspection by our Returns Department, a refund including all associated postal charges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Please complete the returns form with your item, which clearly states your name, address, contact telephone number and original order number.

Please note:

We cannot refund or exchange products for people who have received our items as a gift– you will need to ask the purchaser of the item to arrange this for you.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged, or get lost in transit, will not be refunded.

We regret that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings for pierced ears, unless faulty.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect users’ statutory rights as a consumer. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and users hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court


The Seller is Jangles. The Buyer is any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy Goods from the Seller.

Goods means any goods provided by the Seller in accordance with the Sellers standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions of Sale supersede any previous Terms & Conditions of Sale of the Seller. Any variations of these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and will not otherwise be valid. Any waiver by the Seller of these Terms & Conditions of Sale on any occasion shall merely act as a waiver on that occasion and shall not affect the Sellers right to enforce these Terms & Conditions on any further occasion; no Terms & Conditions stipulated by the Buyer shall have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing from the Seller.


Jangles will not be liable to the Buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract because of any delay or non-performance directly or indirectly due to any cause beyond Jangles’ reasonable control, including without limitation lack of adequate instructions from the Buyer, Governmental regulations or requirements, Acts of God, unavailability of materials, work stoppages, strikes, slowdowns, boycotts or other industrial action and in such case may wholly or partially suspend shipment of Goods.
